If you make a mistake, learn from it and move on. Don't dwell on it, as you cannot change the past. You will learn not to make the same mistakes, and you'll be better prepared for similar situations in the future.
Don't worry about what others think of you, and don't compare yourself to others. They don't know you or the journey that is your life. What matters is that you are happy being yourself. At best, you'll be a second rate "somebody else," but only you can be the best "you."

There's no such thing as talent. The talent you think you're lacking is practice and determination.

Do the stuff you need to do as soon as possible. Your problems won't solve itself and you probably make it just worse with waiting.

someone who doesn't make mistake is not human, as by definition, a human is fallible. so trying the same solutions for the same problem repeatedly is stupid, if what you tried didn't work, find a new solution or improve it, but you need something different.
be honest about everything, especially with yourself.

Never regret, never forget. Always keep your head up and face everything as it is instead of thinking "if I had done just that one thing differently..." because that kind of thinking doesn't help. And remember what you've been through, and, no matter what, be thankful because it made you as you are today. That's my advice.

Best advise I've got was: "Study hard" when I was in high school. Everyone should do it!
