That blacklist is already some month old, so I do not remember properly, best guess would be regifting of huge amount of trash games, or maybe something in discussions? It definitely had some reason. All of us had some detours.

Can't say I recall doing any mass GAs of trash, and if I did give away any trash at all, it was definitely not a regift. I like to be 100% that the keys I give away are 100% valid. (Even keep a few spares on hand, just in case my certainty of their validity is flawed.)
I hardly ever post in discussions either, so.....
