if you know the name of the bundle, you can search for that name here and you will probably find a thread about the bundle. That thread may mention if those games were free or why you can't give them away here.
You can either give the keys to friends or just drop them in the orphan key thread here
I don't know for sure why you can't but probably because it was given away for free before
There really should be a free-games list like there is for the bundle-games list
