I was missing this DLC from the great XCOM 2 and then I got two copies of it, so I figured someone else could use it too. I believe this is region restricted and obviously you need the base game to play.
Hey, I'm really sorry about this, but I won this DLC but already have it. There are two XCOM 2 DLCs that I don't have, and I noticed two DLCs for the game showing up in giveaways, so I assumed they were the same two. Somehow, I was getting Reinforcement Pack showing up even though I already own it, but have as far as I know have never had Tactical Legacy Pack show up on this website, so I got the two mixed up and I wonder if somehow the site itself mixes these up and thinks I already own Tactical Legacy. I didn't even realize it until I went to enable the gift code and it said I already owned it. You should request a new giveaway winner. Once again. sorry. (Also, I wonder how this is all affected since the FAQ says that in the event I have happen what has happened that I shouldn't reveal the key, but I only found out due to attempting to use the key, and I really hope that doesn't prevent you from requesting a new winner.)
No problem and thanks for letting me know. I'm surprised it let you enter if you already had it, must be a bug. Anyway, since you couldn't use the key I will just create another giveaway for it. Looks like it's too late to choose another winner for this one. BTW, I also get all these XCOM DLC names confused. :)
