Not that unlikely. Its not allowed to give away free games during the free period. Its OK after, thats why its removed from the giveaway list.

I don't think it's a suspension-worthy offense now though. AFAIK the move to 0 CV is done retroactively, so people who made a GA before staff got around to removing the game from the list don't circumvent the CV negation. And with someone always leaving a comment linking to where it's being given away, it's a good way to let interested people know about mass giveaways.

In the old rules giving away games that have been free wasnt allowed. Now you can give away games that have been free but you get 0 CV. However. its not allowed to give away during the free period and thats why its been removed from the list now.
