i think it's payday 2 but lately there has been some trouble with it. It was free on steam for a number of copies (a large number) so it was removed from steamgifts but a few days later reintroduced (i got my value back for my giveaways). I assume he couldn't post a payday 2 giveaway since maybe it hasn't been rolled back yet so he did it this way. Just reroll me if i win and i am right. I'm entering for payday 1.

it is a delicate matter. from what i understand the reason they put it back on steamgifts was that even if the number of copies altough huge(5 milion i think) was limited and did not quite fit with the terms... a game will be flagged if part of an unlimited giveaway even if the giveaway lasts for 10 minutes (because theoretically everyone can get it) but where do you draw the line for limited numbers of copies? I agree 5 million is huge ass number but if i giveout 1000 games do you flag it? why not flag it at 100?
