I looked through the archives and only group/region restricted giveaways had been created for this so far, which is a testament to the lack of visibility about this game outside of Russia.
If you haven't played Eador: Masters of the Broken World yet, do play or buy it (90% off during sale) regardless of whether you win or not.
If you have, and don't win, then I strongly suggest getting Imperium (70% off). Has all the old units and heroes plus new ones, and several self-contained campaigns without having to unlock everything over the course of the astral campaign in MotBW.

After ticking the compatibility mode in settings, I haven't had any access violation errors, and those are really the only bugs that I can recall encountering. As for reviews, an encounter did pop up to explain some things and encourage reviews, but there was just a dialogue option to open link or ignore him and continue... no incentives or forcing anything.
You get an achievement either way in the ensuing 'battle'.
