You can always delete anything from your Steam account and add whatever you want instead. JFYK.

May want to mention that in the description so that others who own the base game can easily see it. This is likely going to be a nightmare for re-rolls as there's nothing to stop them entering and even if you wanted it to go to somebody who didn't own the original the standard rules about not entering for things you already own (part of) don't apply here so if one of those does win it and doesn't agree to a re-roll/deletion then you'll have to either provide a copy of The Directors Edition or take a not received. even if they do agree to a re-roll support may not grant it following the same logic for which they don't re-roll giveaways that have incorrect region restrictions in that it's likely that there-rolled winner will have the same issue.

I would not call you stupid considering that logically your game should have been updated to Direction Cut, but unfortunately Steam often works against logic.
