I recently built a PC similar to that(G4560 + GTX 1060). Out of the games you've listed, I've only tested Mad Max. I get 90-140 fps depending on the area. The 1060 is getting bottlenecked by the G4560 in that game so maybe you'll get similar results with the 470.
No problem. I might upgrade to the i3 since the extra cores will really help me out. It's only $40 and I should be able to afford it with my upcoming check.
Also I like my case a lot so that's why I chose that one.
The i3 isn't really worth it in my opinion. You'll be paying 40$ more for just ~5% more performance. Just get the G4560 and hope that Ryzen brings down Intel prices and you can upgrade to an i5 by then.
Thanks for the game, D9sinc! I second the advise to buy the G4560 for your budget needs. However, if you can wait a bit longer, Ryzen releases in 2 weeks which may favor in your budget. A B350 AM4 mobo + Ryzen 4c/8t CPU seems to be the bang for the buck.
I've actually already bought the G4560 and I saw a GPU that I really wanted, but the deal ended so I'm going with my original choice and probably going to buy a HDD and such second hand in order to save money and recoup a bit of losses from me having to change the RAM I was going to get for another DDR4 RAM.
