Well, its based on the meme where if toadette puts on a supercrown turns into a peach-like princess, of course the internet got wild and wanted princessified version of basicly everything. One of the outcomes is Bowsette, which is the supercrown version of Bowser. HE drew a single page as a joke but liked the idea and made it a comic, where he wants to show the transformation of "evil king" bowser into "queen" bowsette.
I have to admit that iam not a big fan of the supercrown stuff in general, but i like the ammount of details and work he puts into it :)

yeah i get that, its just that the comic/story itself is a bit strange and i would say borders on ecchi(is that the right word here?), since its quite a bit sexualized so yeah xD

you are right ^^ he tries to use convient ceonsoring for the parts where she hs no clothes, but its probably just fanservice :D
