I really liked Zeta Gundam, but that would involve diving into the mess that is the Gundam franchise, particularly UC Gundam. Cowboy Bebop is pretty decent as well. Don't really know what to suggest without knowing what genres you're interested in.
hm, I see mostly action oriented suggestions, not sure what your tastes are, but i'd suggest giving Steins Gate, and Death Parade a shake, they're two of my personal favorites!
