maybe you should stop calling him out. Just because he registered recently doesn't mean he's making fakes. The winners on the other giveaways may not have received their copies yet which he does have 7 days to get out. Those only ended 6 hrs before my comment.

Also you are not wasting points when they are given to you for free. You are actually getting points because other people are generous enough to make giveaways for you to enter. Maybe you should contribute to that too.

this is not the 1st ticket i created about fake giveaways from fresh users but it looks like they have no effect. its obvious some people have no idea how this works. they start a giveaway and they believe thats the way for them to win this game. they dont understand its not. as a support member you shoud contact those users and explain how things work here. even a child can see fake giveaways

Just because the user is new and creates a giveaway for a non-bundle game does not automatically mean the giveaway is fake. If you accuse someone of creating a fake giveaway, and you turn out to be wrong, this creates a bad first impression of our community, like in this example http://www.steamgifts.com/go/comment/AeWArCV

You do not lose anything if the giveaway turns out to be fake. Those points you spent are free. Those who do create fake giveaways do not last long here anyway - the site will automatically prevent them from making new giveaways if they don't deliver their gifts.

so people coud understand not to get their hopes up about winning something. i was also one of those people and then i simply checked this guys profile here and noticed he made his account the same time he started his giveaways. dont need to be einstein to understand some things....
oh and check this guy out. http://www.steamgifts.com/user/Darak
made a l4d2 giveaway, still no winner. then made call of duty: modern warfare giveaway (2 copies) and made it lv10 only. he even had dayz giveaways but those got deleted, either by support or him. when new people join there shoud be a rule section with capital letters about making giveaways. make it last for 60 seconds on full screen before people can continue with registration so they are forced to read it

Preventing users from entering giveaways is not your job and, I remind you, is specifically disallowed by the site rules. Disallowed for a reason. Like I said before, those points you spend on a fake giveaway are free. Chances to win in any public giveaway are way below 1%, yet somehow this does not crush the hopes and dreams of those who enter such giveaways. Entering a fake giveaway won't crush them either. But calling out someone whose giveaways turn out to be real is a real problem. Some more examples for you:

If the guy won't deliver the gifts in 7 days, they will be marked as not received and the site will block his ability to create any more giveaways.
