hello, i know the case, GA creator gave me key for Fated Souls 1 instead of Third. I dont know how to fix that. I've already got suspended for two weeks because of that (only then i noticed about diference)
ah I see. In the case the GA creator did not give the key to the correct game, you are supposed to mark the game as "not received", and figure out with the GA creator what to do. An option would be to have the GA creator file a ticket to change the game to the correct one so that you don't get into further trouble. Another (more common) option is to have the GA deleted.
I'll release the key. But do consider taking the steps above.
