i got a 5 day suspension for not activating soft cookie on my account, but the key i won in this giveaway was actually for 'softened cookie' which is not yet on released on steam. i did activate it tho. but when i try to install it, it says it hasnt been officially released yet so cannot be installed.
theallien mislabeled this giveaway. the steam link in the giveaway points to soft cookie, not softened cookie.
before they put someone on suspension, they should really give them a warning message so they have time to explain before being suspended for 5 days.
