I disabled ESGT to see what you probably see on SG...

From here I see 8 options of pre-set regions, select all and select none options. Not sure if there are extra selection options, but if it's something you use on your day by day, you could suggest a feature on ESGT for personalized selections or import from CSV list (if that list is given from Fanatical), or even an INVERT option (you select all the ones you DON'T WANT to giveaway and invert it).
