Do you mean how many open giveaways you can have at a time? it's a protection against trolls (i assume). Supposedly you can message support and they'll expand how many slots you can create so it's less tedious for you. Thank you for the giveaways 🙌
Yes. I read in the FAQ section that the limit will increase as you give away more gifts. However the exact gifts given to additional slots ratio, or whatever metric they use, is still a mystery to me.

You get 1 slot for every 3 games that are marked received. You lose 1 slot for every giveaway deleted or marked as not received.
