Hello. I can't contact the person who won this key. He won it 3 weeks ago, indicated Received the next day, and changed it to Not Received 3 days ago. I am absolutely sure that the key is working. He does not add friends in the steam, he does not respond to my comment above, although he is regularly online. What should I do? I don't want to have a distribution marked Not Received on me.
The key was working, but it activated a different game than what the giveaway was for. The game the key activated was Surviving Soldier, not Survival Soldier, and as such the winner should never have marked the giveaway as "Received" in the first place.
Really. I checked the key through the SteamDB extension in the browser, and it showed me Surviving Soldier. But when I received this key, it was signed as a Survival Soldier. So much for the result when the games have similar names) Can I ask you to delete this Giveaways?
