I'd love to live in Eorzea from Final Fantasy XIV. Its one of the few fantasy worlds where there are at least SOME areas where the regular folk don't have it too bad!

I haven't play it at the moment, but I'm totally in love with Columbia (BioShock Infinite). Heavenly-colorful-steampunk city is what I was looking for (I don't talk about politics).

Edit : If you mean fantasy and not fictional, I would say Middle-Earth (and I haven't watched Game of Thrones).
