Apologies to the duplicated keys I have contacted the company who I have purchased the keys and awaiting for a replacement

2. a screenshot of the error message you receive when trying to redeem it
3. Steam account licenses and product key activations (click on your account name in the top-right corner of Steam -> Account Details -> View licenses and product key activations);
