I'm not sure, why your thread has been closed without a note from a MOD, but I will answer your question about IG GAs here.

It is possible to win there, but it's time spent much worse, than here. I'm level 2 there. I spend practically all my points there, which means visiting more than once per day. I'm getting on average 2 games per month, but almost all of them are trash. Either I am very unlucky or someone is skimming the cream there. If you really want to try to raise your level there, I would suggest only making GAs there, that have 0CV here, but myself, I've just stopped, realizing how common (and ignored) cheating is there.
