I was so inspired by the turnout for my last giveaway, that I wanted to make another. This is a game I absolutely adore and I noticed how many people play it on the free weekends, but are unable to attain the game. So, this is my gift to you.

I will be gifting through steam, so I will befriend the winner and trade the game.

A few things to note:

I wanted to make this open to everyone, since I know that so many people are unable to buy the game themselves.
Please do not join if you already own Dungeon Defenders and/or any of the DLC's. I will be checking and, if for some reason your profile is not public and I am unable to check your profile, I will be requesting a new winner. I hate that I even have to include this, but there are a lot of people who join giveaways & already own the game themselves.
This is not an unfair rule. I have contacted the mods and they have verified that this is a base rule of the site, already: "Don't enter for games you already own."

Sob. The DLCs combined are actually worth more than the base game :)

However, I fully support this decision as it gives the chance for someone who doesn't own any part of the franchise to experience the game in it's entirety.

That said, there's going to be at least 40% of entrants that won't adhere to this rule, purely because people don't read.

That issue (same thing with Magicka and SR3 bundles) combined with two other issues will have many people with base game entering. 1st is the no rules on public giveaways (I know giver spoke to the mods) 2nd is the general bundle rule of thumb which is only enter if you own 1/3 or less of the bundle. This is all the fault of the rampant DLC abuse by some devs.

That said, I own none of the DLC or the base game for this one, Thanks to the giver for the bundle and not just the base game.

I've got the base game, and only the DLC that was given for free. The DLC alone costs more than the base game, so it would still be worth it to me to win this. Anyway, I'll respect the limit you've set, but just know that there are probably a lot of interested people who will be shut out due to this.

I for one appreciate the rule. I do not own the game or any of the DLC, and I always hate when people enter for collections when they already own the base game, even if the gifter doesn't state it. I've heard great things about the game, but the sheer amount of DLC has made me wary.

To be fair, a lot of the DLC isn't worth it, some are just character skins. The ones that actually add content like the Eternia shards or characters, mainly Series EV or The Summoner, are definitely worth it.

That said, the base game is still ridiculously good fun, especially playing with friends.
