My giveway just ended so you cant join it but you can join other giveways. In order to join a specific giveway you should fullfil the level requirement that the giveway's creator set. For example my giveway is set at level 4+ while you are level 0 so you should look for giveway that dont have a level requirement until you level up. Good luck.
