Hi, you just won "Resort Boss: Golf | Management Tycoon Golf Game" from me. Whilst doing an SGTools check another recent win came up as not activated (Chaos and the White Robot). The Chaos game is a recent win so I assume you forgot to activate it. I will check again in a few days and release your key once Chaos and the White Robot has been activated, thanks.

Thanks for letting me know. When the situation is resolved get back to me, am happy to send the key then. Also did you contact the giveaway creator? You should untick received as well, then there is no issue on my end and I can send the key straight away.

When I first started buying keys - it was accepted that they would last forever. Sadly, some keys do not seem to last longer that a few months. This happens mainly with smaller developers and unscrupulous publishers.
If this happens again:
1 - contact the giver and let them know the key did not work
2 - never tick received until the game has activated on your account
3 - most likely thing is the giver will either ask if the giveaway can be deleted (as the giver does not have a spare key) or he will be able to offer another key for that game that will work.

These things happen sadly.

Edit: and untick received - this shows the giver and support that the key does not work. (Will also let me send you your winning key too :)
