Hi. This is a new issue for me, as I have been around here for only some weeks.

I get that this is due some error from steamgifts as the system should have looked into your library so you would see the giveaway as already owned. And what I have to do is to ask for a new winner in my giveaways list so an admin can do the reroll, then the new winner can use the key and mark it as received. Is that right?
