Ask for a DLC page screenshot from the winner; as usual, owners can enter it, and this one is a pretty big pack to just give it to an existing owner.

(It is also a great addition to the game, especially the Lost in Nightmares scenario.)

You can add a user to your friends list, and then load the store page; It'll list the user under 'friends that already own this game' if they own it already. Bit more reliable a method of verification. :)

I believe having/adding it on/to your wishlist (#135) should also work as an easy verification. As far as I know, there is no way to add a game/dlc to your wishlist if you already own it and if its on the list when you buy it, it gets taken off automaticly.
