This is a fun game! But you have to play local. Works great for a family that can game together in one house, or a group of college roommates, or any other such shared living arrangements.
Each episode takes 4-5 hours to finish. Up to you to determine if your friends are willing to sit on your couch for a combined total of 15 hours to play through the entire series of three episodes. Replayability is not too high. Each of the characters has their own unique goals and several of those objectives are mutually exclusive. You'd be able to replay the game to try some of the other objectives, but they really aren't all that different and the main story doesn't change. With a larger group, you'll have already seen every character's unique story too, and that's really the main element of replay value, not their individual quests.
