Add 1/3rd part balsamic, 1/3rd part red wine vinegar, and 1/3rd part Worcestershire sauce, 3 tbps total, or 1tbps each. Add equal parts pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and 1/4th parts meat tenderizer, 1tbps each. Add 1-3 cloves garlic (depending on how much you like garlic, you don't need this) and finely cut 1/2 small onion. Ring cut the second half.
Mix this all into 1lb of ground chuck/whatever meat you'd prefer to eat, form into 4 to 8 patties. I usually go with 5-6.
Coat pan in coconut oil, get pan extra hot. Hovering hand over the pan, not in the rim, should feel quite warm. (most stovetops it's 3 to 5 on the dial, and 3 minutes wait.) Drop in a few onion rings, let cook for 2-4 minutes, until they start to turn translucent. The take them out, don't flip. Put them on whatever you're going to drip your burgers on.
Sear burgers each, 2 at a time, don't crowd the pan as it'll drop the heat too much. Should take 4 minutes on a side, doing one side twice for well done. Creates a good crust on the burger too for a crunch. If you want to add cheese, flip them after cooking the second side, apply cheese, remove when cheese starts melting. When done cooking, place on top of onion rings and let the fat drip off.
Repeat as necessary. Place on bread of some form. Don't want the carbs from bread? Use a lettuce leaf instead. Fill it with toppings and wrap it around the patty.
If you're too poor for bread (or feeling adventurous), take cooked ramen, place into small-ish round dish with non-tapered sides. Something with sharp straight sides. Place into dish, let cool, rub a little coconut oil on top. Place into pan, remove from dish. Sear on each side 1-2 minutes for crispy noodle bun.
Apply onions directly to the forehead. Or onto your burger. Add whatever toppings you deem necessary, or don't. Eat it place on your ramen bun. It tastes good.
Equal parts mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, with added onion powder makes a great sauce. Add in diced pickles for a great burger sauce for all your burger needs. My personal go-to.
If you're feeling extra simple, add random shake amounts of garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to a 1/2 lb of chuck. Skillet chuck, stirring/breaking it up until cooked/browned. Apply ketchup to bread, apply cooked chuck to bread. Eat. It almost tastes like real food.
