I'm surprised at the amount of people with a high contributor lvl that actually deleted their giveaway. Seems unlikely that they created the GA by accident, so why create and delete it..
There is only 9 deleted ga, and 5 of them are high lvl. Not that much imo.
1 of them is definitely a mistake because he deleted a group ga and recreated it right after under private setting.
2 others did 5 and 8 giveaways for this game, so I guess they have their own reasons.
You think it's unlikely but I think it's most likely that they forgot/missclic a setting/length time or whatever, so they deleted it, to recreate it later.
And the 2 high lvl remaining deleted theirs and never did a ga for this game after that, so I don't know.
Another explaination is if the ga is for a very small group and it doesn't get 5+ entries, the creator won't get the CV for it so they delete it before it ends.
I think some of them realised that they will get a GOG key if they purchase it anywhere besides Steam, and you are not to give GOG keys away here, so they deleted the GAs.
