About your ticket.

Not sure which category but I won a gift for a game which I have and I asked the gifter what to do. He said I shall just mark as received

The creator submitted a reroll ticket and I approved it.

For future reference, if you won a game and you already own it, you should:

1. Do not use the key or, if it's a gift, reject it.
2. Comment in giveaway page asking to reroll, so the creator will get a notification.
3. Do not mark the second giveaway as "received", just leave it in "awaiting feedback" status.

By the way, every time you add a game to your account, it's a good practice to:

1. Remove your entries from giveaways for the same game.
2. Sync your account.
3. If it's a DLC a package, hide it by clicking on small eye icon near game's name on main page.

Doing this will also prevent to win the same game more times.
