I had the original new vegas, not the goty, steam however says i have ultimate edition. The dlc list also shows i dont have any dlc for new vegas. And you can usually see the most recent activated product on your account and theres nothing, really weird
well, I can't add because I have ULTIMATE version as well, basicaly the same as GOTY, that's why I told how to use it. that's ok. you can keep it if you want. or I can set a new winner.

Hmm activated gift, pressed add to library, but can't see the dlc in my account for some reason, maybe it's not available ru/cis ?

do you have the vanilla game on your library? if not, DLC won't be elegible to active. if you have GOTY game, this won't work for you.
