I won this game and received the key, but it was already activated. I tried to contact the user in SG but he's suspended. I also added him as friend on Steam and he ignored the friendship request once. Tried the second time and he accepted me. When i explained the situation (in Portuguese his native language, and English) he subtle became offline and unfriended me. After theses trials this is a clear signal he's up to no good. An irresponsible kid.
Looking at his SG profile there's some complains about misleading giveaways, so i don't think this is the first time he's "scamming" people.

I'm blacklisting and reporting this person so we can cut this bad apple from Steam Gifts.
