I looked at the 2nd picture and the only thing that remotely looks like a hidden digit here is the 'V' in the right statue.
But maybe that isn't a digit/letter at all!
The example Zelghadis gave in his guide pointed towards an imgur picture as well and for the love of my live I still can't find the letter/digit altho he pointed it out!
All that may be confusing if you're not using imgur, but it's more easy than you think.
Find the url of the picture, and remove the extension (.png) to have the address of the picture in its imgur page. Display that page. Now, look at the description of the picture (below it) and inside you'll find something (maybe a part of the puzzle or not, who knows?) .
