If you didn't know, only people who own base game can enter giveaways of DLC. The main problem that giveaways can enter people who already have DLC

Not necessary. In some GAs can enter without the base game. In this case, I can enter without King's Bounty: Warriors of the North.

I only want to remind people since I could enter this giveaway before even I didn't have the base game.
I thought it may be a problem of SG's system.
