Regarding your recent ticket (to which we cannot reply) I'd highly suggest you to read the site's rules as outlined in the FAQ and Guidelines. Especially the part about feedback:

When should I mark a gift I won as "Received" or "Not Received"?

You should only mark a gift as "Received" when you have both (i) received the exact game described in the giveaway, and (ii) activated that game on the Steam account you used during registration. In all other instances you should mark the gift as "Not Received" one week after the giveaway has ended.

Also, the very first thing to do should always be to leave a comment on the giveaway in question itself to inform the creator about any issue. The ticket that you've opened is not meant for issues like that.
