I was looking up this giveaway due to a report. Since you couldn't activate it, can you please mark it Unreceived to avoid a suspension.

Also, as a region locked giveaway can't be rerolled if there is an issue with redeeming in a country that should be able to redeem it, the creator should have asked you if they can delete it. As they haven't yet, I'll check if you would allow that for this giveaway?

If you reply to this comment, I can even take care of it myself as they already submitted a ticket for it.
