Sorry , i was wrong. I read this post (7 months ago) : https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/RCZPq/reduced-cv-and-no-cv-giveaways
But I didn't knew This rules was changed in this post (2 months ago) : https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/UUGiG/allowing-giveaways-for-games-in-promotions-or-games-that-are-temporarily-free

So please excuse me i wasn't right.
