Description

Why do you wanna play this game? Why I ask? Cause I couldn't answer but that's my personal opinion and I'm pretty sure I like games you won't play at all. So I'm just curious, not judging.

Thank you

Could you please elaborate this cause at first glance Spore looked interesting to me and that's why it's not on my ignore list here. I don't wanna succeed in winning a game I later won't play...

Well idunno if you know what Spore is about so i'll start there
In Spore it's all about how you play it. E.g. in the cell Stadium depending if you eat meat or plants you later develop into an aggressive creature which mainly evolves by defeating other species, a peaceful creature evolving by communicating with other species or if it's balanced a omnivore which can do both good. And this goes on in the entire game.
You first play as a cell: cell phase>creature phase>tribal phase>civilization phase>space phase
The first 2 and the last Phases kinda play like an RPG. The Tribal and Civilization phase like RTS. So it has a bit of everything.
But while it had everything it excelled at none (like a jack of all trades but an ace of none).
But for all it's shortcomings i still liked it espescially because of it's variety

Thanks, I guess my guts were right ;) While I'm not a hardcore RTS-player I can overcome this part as I assume it not demands ace-skills but jack-skills :)

It's a passable yet unremarkable C&C clone from the "makers of passable yet unremarkable" RTS games, Petroglyph.

Won't quench my hunger for a good RTS, but it will be something!

Thanks for the chance!

I've entered a few of your GA and therefore I'm glad to see you around as long as your crew hasn't mutinied :)

Haha, well, sure - I may not have a free pass literally, but I always comment when appropriate and host obviously the best Giveaways so I have one, practically. :P

Me crew? Y'arr, no one dares start a mutiny against the pirate lizard!

Thanks for the game, mate! :-)

To answer your question: I heard some of the CnC devs were involved in this game. Not sure if this is true, but anyway, I really liked the CnC games.
