The SGTools are great and all, but they really screw over people who've made small "mistakes". For instance, I won "Little Farm" and gave it to my wife long ago, so that DQs me. Also, I won some trucking game twice because the steamgifts sync was slow back in 2013, and that DQs me.

Yes you are right! Since you can easily get rid of a not activated game buy simply buying it (for example in the upcoming winter sale, maybe there will be a discount on "Little Farm"), a multiple win is way harder. Luckily not all sgtools protected giveaways are that strict. Some only consider multiple wins in the last year or 2 years. Sgtools also does not distinguish between people breaking rules on purpose and those who just did a mistake and are sorry for that.
To get rid of a multiple win, you need a kind and understanding giveaway creator. Just write to one of the "Rig n Roll" gifters that you accidently won it multiple times and you want to get rid of your "flaw". And maybe he / she will delete the giveaway when you give the game back by buying a key on a third party reseller site or directly in the steam store as a gift.
Just thoughts of mine, nothing you have to do ;)
