Well, tried it as well. Steam actually says it is in my library. But when i click play it doesn't start.. So, yeah. My guess is that since they made reviews not possible unless you own the game(if you play a game with family share, you cannot review it) free weekend games just show up in your library so that you may be able to review them.(I guess it's a bug)

It says it for me as well. Wait for the promotion to end(it's a free to play weekend) and sync steam. Should work that way
