If you find fraud in GA via the SGtools link, just attach the link to the SGtools discussion.
However, investigating individual activated wins and multiple wins is different.
Enter the other party's name in SGtools
Paste the browser's SGtools URL into your export support ticket.
Copy the unused game name etc. and paste it into the support ticket.
Open the GA of the game labeled "Not Redeemed" and check for any comments or claims made by the user.
Add the URL of the GA confirmed in
(Sometimes there are accidents.)

Also include the remarks of the GA winner.
If there is no GA winner's remark, write that there is no winner's remark.
(If you don't see the content of the group or invited GA, please state that fact.)
Check the user's Steam game library from the profile.
Lists games that didn't actually exist.
(It will be displayed even if it is hidden. In rare cases, the game title may change, so please check the title.)

If the winner's game library is bloated, it can be very time consuming.⏰

As far as I know, half of Lv1 are people who have violated.
It may be desirable to be able to create GA at Lv3 or higher.

It seems that there are people who tell such lies and sell them off.:(
Don't be relieved that the winner has "marked redeemed".
You need to use such a confirmation method.
If you find a problem, report it to Support.
It is the duty of the community members to boil down users who do not keep the promises of the community because they have suffered so much trouble from bad winners in the past.

Oh, I understand what you mean now. And I agree with you.
I just checked the winners from my previous GAs and many of those winner don't have the games in their library. In fact one of them has been banned from SG as well. I feel really cheated now.
I guess from now on I'll try looking out for such people as well.

Hey there, tx for the giveaway. I'm reaching you bc I have not yet received an email regarding the key.

I also checked the SPAM folder, though I tend to receive email from Humble Bundle normally (I am assuming it's a humble bundle, I might be wrong).
