"What is dead to one, is bread for another" - Swedish proverb, slightly modified by me.
(The original is "Den enes död, den andres bröd", which literally translates to "The first ones death, [means/gives] the second one's bread", or "Disaster for someone means success for somebody else", but it didnt really seem to fit the bill, so to speak.)

"Disaster for someone means success for somebody else" I believe in this, sadly most of the disasters happen to those who do not deserve it.
