Ah, you know, I usually thank the Giveaway Creator for creating a giveaway but I realised that I never say "Thank You" when I win a giveaway and that is not nice. So, I decided to say Thank You in all the giveaways I ever won. ^_^ It's like you said, better late than never.
I understand it :) personally I don't care about "thank-you-spam" especially because it is generated by bots but I don't like when winners do not thank for gifts, even if it is little and cheap bundled game and especially when I created bigger giveaway :) but still I do not use blacklist :D
Oh and from my experience - I have seen even one person that thanked for bogger games but not for little bundled because he said that these games were so cheap that creator hadn't had to do it :/

I never use bots, I copy-paste my thank you messages manualy. ^_^
