Hi. Sorry. I was away during Easter. I believe you, though I do not know what to do. I bought a 10 random games pack and this key was in there. I didn't use it and decided to donate it. I am sorry it doesn't work, I will contact the website where I bought the pack, but I don't have high hopes for a solution.
