As you say, you can enter the giveaway inspite of owning the game. It is because you have set the game as private and this website cannot see private games. Make the game public and then synce account, you then will not be able to join the giveaway.
So if the winner has the game and if he has set the game to private, then I cannot figure it out, and I will have to send him the Key.
