i was hoping that germans supposed to know this. cuz you got lots of blacklisted games like sleeping dogs DE and many other games filled with violence and maybe Duke Nukem one of those.
the key is region free ofc. so needs some clarifications about the status of this game in Germany.
Even if it's on the store on the same URL as for everyone else, it's possible that the version of the game you get is different depending on your country.
SteamDB can be used to figure out which countries get a modified version but in this case I think it's indeed a single worldwide one, with maybe the exception of Japan and Russia.
I don't think we can check the region beforehand. It all depends on the key.
