You seemingly hate that you have to manually notice you own and block DLC instead of being glad you already have them, saving you money/points for other gieveaway, i would be. To each their own i guess.

I never meant it as an attack, to say you are ungrateful, more like that you know after 3 years being here how DLC work, unlike you, i with 11000 games might not have to dig through as much giveaway pages as you, but i learned by now always (since i can't remember everything i have at this point) check any DLC, and that there is nothing wrong with that to do so. That's all i meant really.
maybe there's a misunderstanding? I think By "block" @lugum meant "Hide all giveaways from this game" (It is what I do when I detect an undetected-already-owned-dlc) which is nothing villainous, but also I think that KitianaFoxtail never said that they didn't do the same, just that hates the way SG handles DLC. But somehow the message exchange got heated ... I think there's room for peace here
Yeah that's exactly how i meant it, on the other hand the word "villain" could have been used maybe as a joke because of the name of the giveaway, i don't know.. It went a bit weird, but i have no ill will towards him/her, so from my side there is peace.
Check your winners on this. DLC is notorious for not detecting ownership on here, and I already have it and can still enter.

Yep, hate DLC some times on Steamgifts. To many times I think, "Sweet, lets try for that DLC to this game I own." Nope! Own the DLC as well. ;P

That is because the steam API does not say if people own dlc like it does for base games unfortunately
