Not bad if you got Black Ops, but I suspect you're in the tiny minority. Based on what others have said they've received, sounds like GMG is rarely giving something of value to mask all the shit they're off-loading.
You sure about that "can't be activated in germany" ? Normally ALL keys are working here. We are just not allowed to buy it.
I'll enter and try, if it doesn't work you can reroll.
Will leave the GA if you tell me too.

Nope, many many censored keys are not activable in germany. Maybe you just got censored versions? The Black Ops from the Steam Store in germany is cut. And yes, some of the uncut keys availible for Black Ops are not activable in germany. (Hard to tell if thats true for this one.)
On the other hand most gifts can be activated (as long as they are not completly blocked to run in germany).
Then maybe they changed it a while back, but I have games in my library which are not even availiable in the store (no censored version) like Dark Sektor and a bunch of uncut games (gifts and keys).
I have not encountered a "not activatable" key so far and yes, I'm sure, that if I got a key for an uncut version I as well got the uncut version in my library.
Since it was the same with mortal combat (everyone telling people they can't activate it in germany, but that was false) I assume this works as well.
If I win and it doesn't work there will be a reroll.
No, this is very old. It's just not true for every cut game. It depends on publisher settings. A quick look onto your library didn't show one single game that is key blocked (which isn't surprising since you never had trouble with it).
Here's a short list of some games that are key blocked for germany (uncut): 10 Second Ninja, Unreal II: The Awakening, Saints Row: The Third.
And here a little example, to show you how random the whole thing is: The Left 4 Dead bundle key (uncut) is blocked for activation in germany, BUT only the bundle (not the games seperatly) and only the key, not the gift.

Im Zweifel scheinst du mehr Ahnung zu haben als ich. Aber wiegesagt. Es wurde schon mehrmals zu andern Spielen behauptet "geht nicht", was sich im nachinein als falsch herausgestellt hat.
Saints Row: The Third hab ich übrigends (aber aus dem deep silver bundle, könnte cut sein)
und
10 Second Ninja hab ich auch (Auf der Einlöseverlaufsseite wird auch kein (DE) o.ä. angezeigt. Könnte also uncut sein, bin aber gerade zu faul das zu installieren.)
