Hello! You have the Special Edition, that if I'm not mistaken, already contains all DLC as well and it's remastered. But if you want the "old" version too, it's your call :)
I did some more digging. It looks like you are correct. Although I could not find the Special Edition on Steam and cannot seem to find any individual dlc's listed on Steam which I show as owning, I found a few sites that mention that the Special Edition has all the dlc content that the Legendary edition has. The principal differences seem to be:
1) Legendary is 32-bit and Special is 64-bit
2) Special is more stable
3) Legendary has more mods, but Special has many, many mods including the best of the old 32-bit mods (now ported) and chances are that the best of any new mods will be available only on Special.
Perhaps that information will help someone else. I am withdrawing from your contest to be certain that I don't deprive someone else the pleasure of this incredible game (my all-time favorite!)
I have the special edition and can enter this, not sure why its even on my wishlist still. Idk what the difference is anymore lol

I will buy the special edition one day.
I have a lot of games to play, and might not get to this one ever, since trying to find suitable mods and patches for the edition not even in steam anymore might be a huge pain.
It is better that it will go to someone else who might have more need.
