I only saw a few of the letters. Do you have a list from the beginning?

Like dothacker said: you're probably adding hints from the August train - that was a separate puzzle. I only solved this one just now (turns out I was missing one of the hints), so I can confirm that all you need to solve the current puzzle is in the current train.

The GAs are over by now, but if you're still curious... I guess you can let me know which clues you did find

yep, I know they're all finished, that's why I'm taking the liberty of being curious xD

anyway, in the first train I found the letters in the GAs for amnesia memories, this world unknown, dead end junction, dead secret, the free ones, rime
during the return trip, the GAs were bastion, tri of friendship and madness, guts and glory, regular human basketball, immortal planet, hiveswap act1
I'm positively sure I missed 1 giveaway/letter in both rounds

You've got all of them, six in every train.
Five of the GAs contain letters/numbers plus a sixth one.
Within the first five there's an imposter however, and it is the sixth and last one of these carts that hints at which substitution you need to perform in order the get the correct sequence.
For example in the first train, on the GA of RiME the clue is [RXME].
If it clicks then you might suspect that X=i.
By then you should have the first five letters (4,F,P,X,I) and making the substitution for the fourth place should get you to the right address.

ooh, that was really clever! ;)
should've thought about it a bit more..
or maybe less, because I just convinced myself that there had to be a 7th digit hidden somewhere, so I could obtain a link for imgur (or something similar) XD

thank you for the explanation, now I got it :D
