I've never understood thanking someone for a singlular giveaway (events & trains are a different matter).
Now if I win, expect to be thanked because then I really am grateful.
People have different opinions. Some people do not thank even if they win. By the way Pokemongeek, I don't think that is a valid reason for reroll but that is only my guess.
